The Company was incorporated in Singapore on 24 September 1977 under the name of Ann Aik Pte Ltd. It changed its name to AnnAik Limited in 2003. AnnAik has grown from a general stockist and distributor into a leading specialist in stainless steel piping products today, with capabilities in manufacturing, distribution and environmental & engineering in Singapore and the region.
The Group principally manufactures stainless steel flanges and distributes stainless steel piping products, which are used mainly in process piping systems. It also provides environmental & engineering services .
Its manufacturing base is in Malaysia, where it manufactures mainly stainless steel and carbon steel flanges. Its distribution business is based in Singapore, where it is a distributor of stainless steel products focusing on pipes, flanges, valves and fittings. Its environmental & engineering business is in PRC and Singapore mainly focusing construction and operation of industrial wastewater treatment plants, supply of rural wastewater treatment equipment and provision of consulting services in water resource management to governmental and commercial operators.
