FLANGE
A
flange is a collar or a rim that is fitted at the end of a pipe for the purpose
of joining two or more pipes together with the aim of providing strength and
stability to the whole piping system.
Flanges are generally used for joining steel pipes to form piping
systems which are deployed as part of the processing and production systems in
heavy and light industries.
Our
group manufacture and distribute different types of flanges such as blind
forged flanges, plate forged flanges, socket welding flanges, welding-neck
flanges, threaded forged flanges and slip-on flanges. Our steel flanges conform to product
measurement standards developed by relevant bodies that set standards and
guidelines in steel industries in Germany,
Japan, PRC, the United Kingdom and USA. These standards pertain to dimensions and
specifications, which differ from country to country.
PIPES
Seamless
pipes are produced in one continuous length without any welding process whereby
welded pipes are produced by welding together two long ends of a large
rectangular stainless steel sheet which has been curled-up.
Our
group distribute different standard sizes of welding stainless steel pipes
range from quarter inch to 24 inches in diameter and seamless pipes range from
a quarter inch to 12 inches in diameter in a standard length of six
metres. Besides the standard size range,
we are able to supply stainless steel pipes of other dimensions and
specifications by placing customised orders to our suppliers.
VALVES
A
valve is a mechanical device used for controlling the flow of liquid or gas
through a piping system. Valves are
fitted within a piping system where there is a need to regulate and control the
flow of liquids or gases.
Our
group distribute different valves including ball valves, flange-end ball
valves, gate valves, globe valves and swing check valves.
FITTINGS
Fittings
are generally used to join two or more pipes in piping system.
Our
group distribute butt-weld fittings, screwed fittings and high pressure forged
steel fittings. Our group also
manufacture high pressure forged steel fittings with different measurement and
standards.
