LISTING AND QUOTATION OF 34,100,000 NEW ORDINARY SHARES IN THE CAPITAL OF ANNAIK LIMITED (the "Company") ON THE BASIS OF ONE BONUS SHARE CREDITED AS FULLY PAID FOR EVERY 5 EXISTING ORDINARY SHARES HELD BY THE SHAREHOLDERS OF THE COMPANY

Where capitalised terms are used in this announcement and not otherwise defined, such capitalised terms shall bear the same meanings as ascribed to them in the Company's announcements on 26 March 2007 and 5 April 2007.
Further to the Company's announcements on 26 March 2007 and 5 April 2007 relating to the Bonus Issue and Additional Bonus Shares respectively, the Board of Directors is pleased to announce that 34,100,000 Bonus Shares (including Additional Bonus Shares) were allotted and issued.
The Bonus Shares (including Additional Bonus Shares), when allotted and issued, will rank pari pasu in all respects with the existing 170,500,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company except that these Bonus Shares (including Additional Bonus Shares) will not be entitled to the first and final dividend of 0.8 cents per ordinary share less tax and the special dividend of 1.45 cents per ordinary share less tax declared in respect of year 2006 results (the "Dividend").
34,100,000 Bonus Shares (including Additional Bonus Shares) were credited by CDP on 18 April 2007. These 34,100,000 Bonus Shares (including Additional Bonus Shares) were listed and quoted on the SGX-ST with effect from 9.00 a.m. on 20 April 2007. As the 34,100,000 Bonus Shares (including Additional Bonus Shares) are not entitled to the Dividend, these shares have been listed and quoted as "A" shares.
