The Nominating Committee and Board had discussed and assessed the personal and professional integrity, working experiences, capabilities and other relevant factors that pertains to the appointment of Mr Wu. He has been in manufacturing of steel fittings business for more than 20 years. Under his guidance, his own steel business with the brand name of "BW" have been well known globally. Mr Wu has guided the company to become a world class manufacturer of steel fittings with good reputation. Mr Wu is also a shareholder or director of some subsidiaries of AnnAik Limited. His expertise in the manufacturing business will further enhance our manufacturing capabilities. Throughout his years of involvement in AnnAik Limited Group, the management believes that the appointment of Mr Wu as Non Executive Director of the Company will continue to drive the future development and success of the Group especially in our manufacturing division - steel flanges and fittings business.
