INCORPORATION OF A NEW COMPANY
The Directors of ANNAIK LIMITED (the "Company") wish to announce that the Company has subscribed for 51% of the issued share capital of a newly-incorporated company, Pioneer Environmental Technology Pte Ltd ("Pioneer Environmental").
Pioneer Environmental is incorporated in Singapore and its present issued and paid up capital is $2.00 which will be increased to $100,000.00. The principle activities of Pioneer Environmental are to develop new environmental technologies as well as carry out environmental engineering projects in Singapore and South East Asia.
The above transaction is not expected to have any material impact on the earnings of the Company in the current financial year ending 31st December 2010.
