The Board of Directors of ANNAIK LIMITED (the "Company") announce the striking-off of the Company's wholly-owned subsidiary, ANNAIK STEEL PTE LTD ("AnnAik Steel").
AnnAik Steel has been dormant since year 2008.
The above transaction will not have any material impact on the earnings of the Company in the current financial year ending 31st December 2010.
