The Directors of ANNAIK LIMITED (the "Company") announce that the Company has incorporated a new subsidiary company, ANYI HOLDINGS (S) Pte Ltd ("ANYI HOLDINGS") in Singapore.
Anyi Holdings is an investment holding company.Its present issued and paid-up captical is $2.00 which will be increased when it undertakes suitable business opportunities.
The above transaction is not expected to have any material impact on the earnings of the Company in the current financial year ending 31st December 2008.
