The Board of Directors of AnnAik Limited ("the Company") wishes to provide the following information in respect of the Company's Annual Report 2008:
The following figures as stated in consolidated cash flow statement in the Annual Report 2008 have been amended due to reclassification:-
(i) Other receivables
(ii) Other payables
(iii) Net cash used in operating activities
(iv) Proceeds from minority interests
(v) Net cash from financing activities
The reclassification have no effect in the original balance of cash and cash equivalent at end of year as stated in the consolidated cash flow statement and consolidated balance sheets.
A copy of the amended consolidated cash flow statement for year ended December 31, 2008 is attached.
